采用基于模型和仿真技术相结合的方法,来优化HCCI燃烧的气门参数控制规律.首先通过空间填充试验设计方法,设计出覆盖HCCI燃烧可以运行的全部气门组合范围的工况点,再利用一维仿真平台测试试验设计中的所有工况点,将得到的数据进行建模,把模型和Simulink进行耦合后寻找HCCI的燃烧规律.最后通过试验对燃烧规律进行进一步的验证和研究.该方法在保证了正确的燃烧规律研究的同时,大大减少了试验和数据分析的工作量.
A way to combine model with simulation technology was adopted to study HCCI combustion control rule of different valve parameters. Firstly, HCCI (homogeneous charge compression ignition) experiment points were designed based on space-filling way, which can cover whole HCCI operating range evenly. Secondly, a one-dimensional engine simulation platform was used to numerically simulate all the experiment points. Thirdly, based on the simulation results, by coupling the model with Simulink (Matlab/Simulink), the HCCI combustion rule was studied. Finally, HCCI combustion control rule was experimentally validated and studied. By this method, not only the validity of combustion rule is ensured, but also time and work are greatly saved.
