目的考察一般自我效能与网络成瘾的关系,为开展青少年心理健康教育工作提供依据。方法按系统分层整群抽样方法,抽取大庆市2010名大中学生为研究对象,运用网络成瘾损害量表和一般自我效能感量表对研究对象进行测试。结果自我效能感与网络成瘾的戒断反应,耐受性与时间管理问题,人际、健康与学业问题和强迫与突显性4个因子呈显著负相关(P〈0.05);文化程度、性别、自我效能三个变量对网络成瘾进行了有效的预测,预测网络成瘾总变异的7.6%。结论通过提高自我效能感等干预措施,对青少年实施针对性的心理健康教育。
Objective To investigate the correlation of general self-efficacy and internet addition so as to provide a basis for mental health education of adolescents.Methods The system stratified cluster sampling was taken to choose 2 010 students from high schools and colleges as the subjects.The Internet Addiction Impairment Index and General Self-Efficacy Scale were used for survey.Results There were significant negative correlation between general self-efficacy and 4 factors of internet addiction impairment index including withdrawal reaction,problems on tolerance and time management,interpersonal relation,health and school-work,and compulsion and salience(P〈0.05).The education level,gender,self efficacy played significantly predictive roles on internet addiction,explaining 7.6% of the total variance of internet addiction.Conclusion The mental health education of adolescents can be implemented by increasing self-efficacy.
