通过引入由知识仓库和wiki两种信息技术驱动的学习机制,扩展了现有的组织探索与利用多主体仿真模型,比较分析这两种信息技术对组织表现的影响。仿真结果表明:只有在组织内外部环境不变、个体学习能力较强、组织学习速率偏低或较高的情况以及组织外部环境快速变化,内部环境稳定,个体学习能力和组织学习速率适中的情况下,知识仓库的组织表现优于wiki。在其他情况下,wiki的组织表现均优于知识仓库。
By introducing IT-enabled learning mechanisms of knowledge repository and wiki,this paper expands the computational model of exploration and exploitation to compare and analyze the impacts of the two information technologies on organization performance. Results show that,when the environment is stable,the learning capability of individual is high and the coding speed of organization is lower or higher,knowledge repository is superior to wiki. When the external environment is turbulent,the learning capability of individual and the coding speed of the organization are both moderate,knowledge repository is still superior to wiki. While in the other conditions,wiki is the better choice.
