优化了超声波辅助提取法提取玉米须植物多糖的工艺条件,用1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼法研究了玉米须多糖的抗氧化活性,以对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性的测试方法测定玉米须多糖的降血糖活性。结果超声波辅助提取法的优化工艺参数为:45 min的超声时间,提取功率为400 W。玉米须多糖对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基的清除率随其质量浓度的增加而增大,最大清除率为68.13%;对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制率随质量浓度的增加而增大,最大抑制率为85.26%。
Based on the results of single factor experiments,the extraction process of polysaccharide from the corn was optimized. The antioxidant activity of corn silk polysaccharide was studied by DPPH method,and the hypoglycemic activity of the polysaccharide was studied. The main results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: ultrasonic time of 45 min,the extraction power of 400 W. Antioxidant activity experiments showed that DPPH free radical clearance rate rised as the mass concentration increased,the maximum clearance rate was 68. 13%. With the increase of the mass concentration,the inhibition rate of α-glucosidase rised,and the maximum inhibition rate was 85. 26%.
