公平性与激励性是企业文化所具有的两个主要特征。本文在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,提出以劳动分工、目标设定、控制机制、信息渠道、权力分配、职业生涯以及成功标准等七个维度来衡量企业文化激励性与公平性特征,建立了基于七个维度的文化激励性和公平性的评价标准,并依次将企业文化区分为低公平低激励的蜜蜂型、低公平高激励的雄鹰型、高公平低激励的大雁型和高公平高激励的羚羊型等四种不同的文化模式,并详细描述了不同模式的文化对企业产生的影响。
Motivation and impartiality are the most important characteristics of corporate culture. Based on the former research, the character of motivation and impartiality is discribed. Seven dimensions to describe the criteria of motivation and impartiality are put forward. These dimensions include division of labor, rule of setting goal, control mechanism, information flow, power distribution, career plan and success criteria. Four types of corporate culture are differentiated. They are bee culture, eagle culture, goose culture and antelope culture. Finally, the impact of each culture on corporations is discribed.
