基于2000年、2005年和2010年TM影像、2013年的SPOT影像、相关部门基础地理数据,采用面向对象分类技术提取了2000年、2005年和2010年福建省城乡建设用地的空间信息,利用城乡建设用地扩张强度指数、扩张速度指数和相对变化率分析城乡建设用地扩张的幅度、速度;利用Moran's I指数、LISA指数和Gi指数分析空间相关性.研究结果表明:10 a间福建省城乡建设用地总体上处于加速扩张的状态,扩张总面积为2 231.199 0 km^2,年平均增长率为7.97%,但在2000年至2005年、2005年至2010年2个时间段内呈现不同的增长趋势,其中前5 a的扩张速度明显高于后5 a,10 a间全省各设区市中增长较快的有福州市和厦门市,其增长速率均超过了全省平均增长速率.通过对两个时期城乡建设用地变化值的空间相关分析显示,2000年至2010年间福建省城乡建设用地的扩张具有明显的空间集聚性,LISA集聚图显示10 a间福建省城乡建设用地变化在显著性水平范围内,集聚形式以高至高集聚、低至低集聚为主.
Based on the technology of object-oriented, it has acquired the construction land information in 2000, 2005 and 2010 from the Landsat TM data in 2000, 2005 and 2010, the SPOT data of 2013 and other geographic information data. The expansion speed index, expansion intensity index and relative rate of change were used to analyze the intensity and speed of the construction land expansion. The Moran's I index, LISA index and Gi index were used to analyze the spatial correlation. The result showed that the construction land in Fujian has been accelerating-expanded in the past 10 years, the expended area is 2 231. 199 0 km^2, the increasing rate in a year is 7.97% , but rising tendency in the period of 2000 and 2005 is obvious higher than the period of 2005 and 2010. Especially in Fuzhou and Xiamen the land-use increasing rate is obvious higher than the average of the whole province. At last it analyzed the land-use value of the two period and presents that the space gathering is obvious, from the LISA image, it concluded gathering way is high to high concentration and low to low concentration.
