根据基于CMOS传感器的成像设备所获取图像的特点,提出一种针对CMOS传感器的全参考图像质量评价算法。该算法利用方向梯度直方图和信息熵理论建立图像结构规则度的有效表达方式,并结合结构规则度和亮度信息表征图像的质量。实验结果表明:对于多类常见干扰图像,所提算法的客观分数与图像主观分数的相关系数可达到0.95以上。该算法可以作为评估和提升CMOS传感器性能、改善相机成像质量的重要基准。
According to characteristics of the images obtained by imaging devices based on CMOS sensor,a full- reference image quality assessment algorithm for CMOS sensor is proposed. The histogram of oriented gradient and information entropy theory are used to build the structure regularity of image, and combine structure regularity with luminance information to represent image quality. Experimental results show that the correlation eoeffieients between objective and subjective scores are above 0.95 for most common types of distorted images. The proposed algorithm can be used as the benchmark for evaluating and promoting the performance of CMOS sensor and improving imaging quality of camera.
