经分析哈尔滨铁路局管辖范围内25条线路曲线地段外股不同轨种钢轨侧面磨耗的实测数据,获得不同轨种的钢轨侧面磨耗速率与曲线半径以及侧面磨耗值与累计通过总重的规律。研究结果表明:U71Mn钢轨耐磨性强于U75钢轨;在曲线半径为600m时,随着通过总重的增加,U75v钢轨耐磨性比U71Mn钢轨强。建议在半径600111及以下的曲线地段,使用U75v型钢轨。研究结论可指导铁路现场的养护维修。
The measure data of side wear of outer rail with different materials of 25 railway lines in the Harbin Railway Bureau were analyzed. The laws between side wear rate of rail and curve radius, as well as those between total side wear value of rail and the passing gross weight with obtained. The results show that the wear resistance of U71Mn rail is stronger than that of U75, and with the increase of passing gross weight, the wear resistance of U75v rail is stronger than that of U71Mn in the radius of 600m. Based on the above laws, the rail of U75v is suggested to be used in curve section whose radius is equal to or less than 600m. The research conclusions can guide the maintenance of the railway field.
