由2,2′-双(3,4-二羧酸)六氟丙烷二酐和2,2′-双[4-(4-氨基苯氧基苯)]六氟丙烷在N-甲基吡咯烷酮中,通过溶液高温一步法制得聚酰亚胺纺丝溶液,并利用旋转流变仪对聚酰亚胺纺丝溶液的流变性进行研究。结果表明:聚酰亚胺纺丝溶液属剪切变稀的假塑性流体,表观粘度随温度的升高而减小,随浓度的升高而增大;温度升高和浓度降低时非牛顿指数增大,结构粘度指数减小;粘流活化能随纺丝溶液浓度的升高而增加。
Polyimide is synthesized from 2,2′-bis(3,4-dicarboxyphenyl)hexafluoropropane dianydride and 2,2′-Bis [4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl]hexafluoropropane by one-step solution polycondensation in N-Methyl pyrrolidone.The rheological behavior of the polyimide spinning solution is studied by rotary rheometer.The results reveal polyimide spinning solution is a typical pseudo plastic fluid.The apparent viscosity of the spinning solution decrease with the elevating of temperature and increase with the increasing of solution concentration.The elevating of temperature and decreasing of concentration makes non-Newtonian exponent increased and structural viscosity index decreased.The viscous activation energy increase with the increasing of solution concentration.
