跨文化交际能力的构成要素可归纳为ABC模型,即情感、行为和认知三大要素。本文回顾了基于ABC模型的实证研究成果,指出厘清三大要素之间的关系是未来研究的主要方向。跨文化交际能力测评存在的主要问题在于盲目借用他人测量工具和只使用一种工具或方法。根据ABC模型,文化浸入是培养跨文化交际能力的主要途径。
英文摘要：
Components of intercultural communication competence （ICC） can be summarized into ABC model, i.e. affective, behavioral and cognitive dimensions. This paper provides an overview of empirical findings based on the ABC model and points out that future research should focus on the relationship of the three dimensions. There are two problems in assessing ICC, i.e. blindly borrowing assessment tools from others and using only one tool or method. According to ABC model, culture immersion is an effective way to develop ICC.
