为了环保和尾矿综合治理,对尾矿制备微晶玻璃进行研究。以分析纯试剂作为原料,分别加入Fe2O3和不加入Fe2O3来制取微晶玻璃,利用XRD和SEM等测试手段,从物相组成、显微结构及晶体结构等方面对制备的试样进行研究,得到加入Fe2O3试样的晶体符合堇青石系微晶玻璃的要求。利用鞍山地区铁尾矿制取微晶玻璃。测试结果表明,铁尾矿制取的堇青石系微晶玻璃试样的最佳配比为:w(SiO2)=53.0%,w(Al2O3)=20.0%,w(MgO)=15.0%,w(TiO2)=5.0%,w(Fe2O3)=1.9%,w(FeO)=2.1%。
A method of producing glass-ceramics by iron tailings is studied for comprehensive treatment of iron tails and environmental protection.The glass-ceramics is made by the analytically pure reagent with Fe2O3 and without Fe2O3.From the aspects of sample phase composition,microstructure and crystalline structure,the prepared glass-ceramics are studied by using XRD,SEM,IR and other modern test methods.The experimental results show that the crystal of joining Fe2O3 can meet the requirements of the cordierite crystal.The glass-ceramics is made by iron tailings in the area around Anshan.The test results indicate that the optimum ratio is w(SiO2)=53.0%,w(Al2O3)=20.0%,w(MgO)=15.0%,w(TiO2)=5.0%,w(Fe2O3)=1.9%,and w(FeO)=2.1%.
