通过对化工企业噪声污染特点的分析,全面归纳了噪声的危害:对人体的严重损伤及对安全生产的影响,并创造性地提出了强噪声对仪器设备和建筑结构的影响。鉴于噪声污染危害的严重性,有针对性地提出3种主要的噪声控制途径——噪声源控制、噪声传播途径控制和受声体防护。另外,为保证人们正常的信息交流,建议设计生产1种可以过滤人体声音的特殊除噪耳塞,以期达到有效的降噪、消噪目的,对化工企业的噪声控制有着十分重要的现实意义。
Based upon the characteristics of noise pollution in chemical enterprises, the harms of noise are comprehensively concluded: the serious injury to human body and the effect on safe production, and the effect on the instruments and the building structure exposed to strong noise is put forward creatively. According to the significance of noise pollution, three main noise control measures are taken in pertinently- the control of the noise sources, the control of noise transmission and the individual protection. In addition, in order to assure the information communication normally, a suggestion to design and produce a new special earplug which can filter human voice is presentad, in order to reach the purpose of reduction and elimination of noise pollution. Therefore, the conclusion in the paper is significant in practice for the noise control in chemical enterprises.
