Alzheimer disease （AD） is a common neurodegenerative disease in the elderly, and is the most common cause of senile dementia,which has become a hot issue of neuroscienee in recent years. Obesity has become a serious global public health problem with the general improvement in global living standards. With the in-depth research on AD, the relationship between obesity and AD is increasingly attracting people＇s attention. However, due to the different diagnostic criteria and surface measure of obesity in different countries, results and conclusions are also different. Here is to make a review of the relationship between different surface measures of obesity and AD.
