以聚丙烯腈(PAN)、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和四氧化三铁为原料,二甲亚砜(DMSO)为溶剂.采用相转化法制备了不同四氧化三铁含量的共混膜。利用红外光谱、热重分析(TGA)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和动态力学分析(DMA)对共混膜进行了研究,并进行了耐溶剂实验。结果表明,在PAN膜中添加四氧化三铁对玻璃化温度没有影响,但能提高PAN环化脱氢反应的温度和分解温度;共混膜中的四氧化三铁在醋酸和pH值为3.5~9.5N水溶液中的溶解度较小,溶解损失量在3%以下。
A series of polyacrylonitrile/ferrosoferric oxide organo-mineral hybrid membranes with different ferrosoferric oxide content were prepared by the phase inversion process to evaluate the heat resistance and the solvent resistance of membranes. The membranes were investigated by IR, TGA, DSC and DMA. The results show that there is no chemical bond between PAN and Fe3O4, but addition of ferrosoferric oxide can increase the decomposition temperature of PAN and do not change the glass transition temperature of PAN. The solvent resistance properties of the hybrid membranes were measured by using different concentrations of acetic ether, vitriol and acetic acid water solution, and water with different pH values. The results show that the mass loss of ferrosoferric oxide in hybrid membranes is far less than that of PAN.
