旅游在线评论被视为传统口碑的电子形式,是旅游者安排旅游行程时依赖的重要信息来源,对旅游者和旅游 营销意义重大,逐渐受到学术界的重视.基于此,检索2007 - 2016年发表在学术期刊上的旅游在线评论相关国内外文献,通过梳理和分析发现:国内外研究者集中关注酒店业,对其他研究对象关注较少.研究内容主要包含旅游 在线评论和产品销售、旅游在线评论和旅游决策、旅游在线评论和信息评估、旅游在线评论和顾客满意度管理以及 旅游在线评论和评论发送者五大方面.在国内外旅游在线评论的研究中,定量研究方法为主流研究方法,质性研 究方法较少,-手数据使用率低.最后总结了国外研究对国内相关研究的启示.
Regarded as the electronic form of the traditional word of mouth, tourism online review is of great significance to tour-ists and tourism marketing, and gradually gains more and more attention by academics. Based on this, this paper firstly retrieves and analyzes some tourism online reviews related literature, which were published in domestic and foreign academic journals from 2007 to 2016 for nearly 10 years. It is found that researchers at home and abroad focus on the hotel industry and pay less attention on other research subjects. T he researdi content mainly includes five aspects, which are tourism online revievs and product sales, tourism online reviews and decisions, tourism online reviews and information assessment, tourist online reviews and customer satisfaction management and tourism online reviews and ctmments. In the study of domestic and foreign tourism online reviews, the quantitative research method is the main research method, the qualitative research method is less, and the uti-lization rateof primary datais low. Finally, this paper summarizes the implications of foreign researdies on domestic researches.
