试验采用DTA—TG、SEM、XRD等方法,对掺粉煤灰的水泥硬化浆体微观结构进行了研究,并与掺磷渣粉进行对比分析。结果表明:随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,各龄期水泥石中的结合水量及Ca(OH)2含量逐渐减少。单掺磷渣水泥石在各个龄期的水化产物的结合水量及Ca(OH)2含量与纯水泥石相当。掺粉煤灰和掺磷渣的水泥净浆主要的水化产物相同,掺30%粉煤灰比掺30%磷渣早期水化反应迅速,而后期相反。
The microstructure of cement paste with fly ash was investigated by means of DTATG, SEM and XRD,which was correlat ed with phosphorus slag powder.The results showed that adding fly ash means decline of water binding capacity, which led to the decrease of calcium hydroxide content in cement paste.Cement stone with content of phosphorus slag, which combined water and content of calcium hydroxide at ages was almost as straight cement.Hydration products of added fly ash coincide with those of phosphorus slag powder ce ment.Hydration reaction of cement with 30%flyash which was compared with 30% phosphorus slag was more quickly,but the result was opposite at later ages.
