Synthesis research of dendrimers containing different branches is becoming a hot point recently. Dendrimer of two branch core, three branch core, four branch core, six branch core, with original structure, have been reported in the literature. This paper summarized that different branches of core and ramification had been applied to the synthesis of dendrimers.
