文章利用净现值法建立了等离子体辅助热解城市生活垃圾发电厂生活垃圾的处理价格模型,参考现有垃圾焚烧发电厂的设备组成、投资运行成本和收益,对模型中的投资运行成本、售电收入以及回收金属和炉渣带来的收入进行了估算。处理价格模型通过计算得到收支平衡时的垃圾处理价格为212元/t,投资额和电价对垃圾处理价格的影响较大。对财务指标的计算和分析表明,该项目具有一定的经济可行性。
Based on the net present value method, in this paper, the municipal solid waste(MSW)disposal price calculation model were established for a municipal solid waste plasma-assisted pyrolysis and power generation plant. According to the equipment components and calculation method of cost and profit for waste incineration power plant, the data used in the model such as investment cost,maintance operation cost, revenues generated by the sale of electrical energy and the income of recycling metal and slag were estimated. The waste disposal price is 212 $/t when NPV equals to zero,investment cost and electricity price have a great impact on the waste disposal price. The plasma-assisted pyrolysis and gasification for MSW is proved to be economic feasibility by an analysis of financial evaluation index.
