本文分析了超高频下脉冲管制冷机的两个特点,并在理论分析和计算的基础上,利用强波热声发动机作为驱动源,形成300Hz的超高频条件,研制了一套两级的脉冲管制冷机,着重考察了调相结构(小孔气库和惯性管)对制冷机的影响。经初步优化,二级冷头温度在1000W时达到了66.54K,1200W时达到了64.64K。
The central idea of this paper is the research on extra-high-frequency pulse tube cryocooler. Based on the cooler's character analyzed in extra-high frequency, a two-stage pulse tube is developed using the thermoacoustic driver, and chiefly tested about the effect of phase shifter (including the orifice and inertance tube). After an optimization, the second cold stage achieved 66.54 K and 64.64 K, respectively, with the input power of 1000 W and 1200 W.
