Agricultural information dissemination is complex system engineering, with basic and service＂ dual nature＂. The article focus point to the Cold and Arid Regions in northwest, in this discussion of the regional agricultural information dissemination status based on characteristics, extracting the obstacle factor and carries on the analysis, and finally solving the adaptability of communication countermeasure from the four dimension of research, system, environment and effectiveness.
