利用高压釜装置,对神东、大同、新疆矿区的低变质烟煤进行加氢增塑试验。试验研究表明,加氢增塑产物的塑性得到提高,黏结指数较原料煤升高60以上,其工艺性质接近于气煤或1/3焦煤。加氢增塑产物的煤岩特征显著不同于原料煤,显微煤岩类型由以微镜煤和微惰煤为主转变为以微镜惰煤为主。配煤试验表明,加氢增塑产物适宜应用于配煤炼焦。
The low rank bituminite coal from Shendong mine area,Datong mine area and Xinjiang mine area was hydrogenated to increase the plastic property in autoclave.The study showed that the plastic property of products was improved;the coke index was increased by 60 in contrast to unprocessed coal;the technical property of products was equal to gas coal and 1/3 coke coal.The petrological character of products was different from unprocessed coal obviously;the vitrinertite became the dominant microlithotype instead of vitrite and inertite.The coal blending test showed that the product could be utilized in coking industry.
