The modularized industrial system, represented by information technology, forms modularized value innovation network through scale return increase, modular operation and network effects due to technology progress and net- work development. But the value innovation is restricted by old system, so that it needs architectural innovation of modularity and different mechanism of network coordination. Architectural innovation of modularity is different from modular innovation. It is very important of exoterie network, innovation knowledge integrating and open knowledge property rights strategy to construct mechanism of trust and cooperation for architectural innovation of modularized system.
