介绍了一个通过3种不同的绿色方法制备己二酸的教学实验,比较了采用不同的催化体系(①钨酸钠-硫酸氢钾催化体系,四丁基氯化铵做相转移催化剂;②钨酸钠-草酸做催化剂;③钨酸钠-硫酸为催化剂)对产物纯度的影响。结果表明,在相同反应时间内,以钨酸钠-草酸作为反应的催化剂,所得产品产率和纯度均最高。该实验给出了多种合成己二酸的绿色途径,不仅使学生了解己二酸的绿色合成方法和传统合成方法的差异,并让学生从中学会分析和选择最佳反应途径的基本方法,有利于扩大学生的知识面,提高学生综合分析问题和解决问题的能力。
A teaching experiment was introduced, in which three different green routes are used to synthesize adipic acid. The influence of different catalytic systems (① sodium tungstate-potassium bisulfate catalytic system with tetrabutylammonium chloride as phase transfer catalyst; ② sodium tungstate-oxalic acid catalytic system; ③ sodium tungstatesulphuric acid catalytic system) on the purity of product was investigated. The results show that the best purity and yield of product can be obtained using sodium tungstate-oxalie acid as catalyst. This experiment can not only let undergraduates know the difference between the green method and the traditional method, but also make them know how to analyze and choose the best way to synthesize the same product. It is good for students to broaden their knowledge and improve their ability to comprehensively analyze and solve problems.
