With the advance of the NGI technologies and applications, the mobile nodes will increase in the future. IPv6 technology provides good support to the mobility, so the mobility supporting has already become a necessary expansion of the application protocols. Based on the discussion of the basic principle of BGP/MPLS VPN, this paper has discussed the principle of the mobility of BGP/MPLS VPN over IPv6 and proposed the solution of the mobility, aiming at the development trend of future network and shortage of current theory.
