As extensive studies on inflammatroy bowel disease（IBD）, a lot of consensus have been revised in IBD diagnosis and its treatment. These consensus reflects updated achievements and to be a valuable guidance for IBD clinical practice. This review summarizes the updated IBD clinical diagnosis and treatment.
