The evaluation of pupils should transform from being centered on school work examination to being centered on quality development evaluation. One of the dimensions of quality development evaluation research is evaluation content. The bases of pupil quality development evaluation include： the general structure of human quality; the flexible age characteristics of pupil quality devel- opment ; the requirement for creating future social life ; the development of personal interests. The contents of pupil quality development evaluation include basic quality, subject quality, synthetic quality and special quality. In pupil quality development evaluation, it is necessary and possible, therefore inevitable to roundly embody all these evaluation contents.
