Scientific and reasonable curriculum setup is the key for assuring the quality of talent cultivation of vocational education teaching staff. The financial management specialty of Jilin Teachers＇ College of Engineering and Technology has built the curriculum system for cultivating ＂dual-qualification＂ teachers of integration of academics, normality and profes- sionalism. The curriculum system is composed of comprehensive and broad generality education courses, working process- oriented specialty education courses and practical teacher education courses, and practice teaching is permeating into the whole process of the three modules.
