为了探究战略性新兴产业技术创新的影响因素及其之间的关系,在对战略性新兴产业技术创新影响因素进行分析的基础上提出假设,构建战略性新兴产业技术创新影响因素的结构方程模型,结合问卷调查结果运用结构方程模型和因子分析法验证假设,结果表明政府干预、企业协同创新、高校及科研机构的参与、产业内组织单元的互搏意愿、关键资源、运营管理对战略性新兴产业技术创新有显著影响,其中政府干预、企业协同创新、高校及科研机构的参与、产业内组织单元的互搏意愿为主要影响因素,中介机构介入对战略性新兴产业技术创新没有显著影响。研究结论可为我国战略性新兴产业技术创新关键要素管理与控制提供指导和借鉴。
英文摘要：
In order to explore the factors influencing technology innovation and the relationship among different factors in strategic emerging industries, some hypotheses are proposed based on the analysis of the factors influencing technology innovation, and the structural equation model of the factors is constructed. Then the hypotheses are tested by applying the structural equation model by means of the questionnaire survey results and factor analysis method. The results show that the following six factors have signif- icant impacts on technology innovation in strategic emerging industries, intervention of governments, svnergie innovation of enterprises, participation of universities and research institutions, willingness to cannibalize of industrial organizational units, key re- sources and operation management. Among the above mentioned factors, intervention of governments, synergic innovation of enterprises, participation of universities and research institutions, willingness to cannibalize are the main influencing factors. The involvement of intermediary organizations has no significant impact on technology innovation in strategic emerging industries. The research results provide a guidance and reference for key factor management and control of technology innovation in strategic emerging industries.
