在无外加阴离子存在时,2-氨基嘧啶(2-AP)在近中性条件下与铜表面发生配位化学反应,得出了与Cl^-存在条件下不同的配位模式。用红外光谱(FT-IR)和光电子能谱(XPS和AES)研究了2-氨基嘧啶在铜表面的成键特征和波谱变化,分析了配合物膜的组成、结构、化学状态和形成机理。
From the interface reactions of 2-Aminopyrimidine (2-AP) on copper surface in neutral medium without any Cl^- ions, different coordination modes were formed. By means of the research on the bonding characteristics and spectral changes of coordination compound films Cu^+ -2-AP on copper surface by FT-IR and XPS & AES, the composition, structure, chemical state and formation mechanism of these films are analyzed.
