分析了空间圆透视投影的数学模型,由于透视投影畸变的存在,提出了基于线结构光的空间圆几何参数的非接触测量方法,利用光条中心和圆孔边缘图像,筛选出圆孔的图像坐标,进而获取圆孔上的三维坐标,并采用将三维数据转换成二维数据处理的方法来拟合出圆孔的几何参数。实验结果表明,该方法减小了空间圆透视投影形状畸变引起的测量误差,能快速采集圆孔的大量三维数据点,精确的拟合空间圆的几何参数,具有较高的精度。
Based on analysis of model of perspective projection transformation of space circle,high precision measurement method of parameters of space circle based on line structured light is proposed in this paper,which is considered perspective projection distortion.The image coordinate of hole is selected by edge of the hole and the center of light,and three-dimensional coordinates of the hole is obtained with parameter of line structured light system.The method that Three-dimensional data is transformed two-dimensional data to fit the hole is employed.Experimental results show that the error caused by perspective projection distortion is reduced,as well as lots of three-dimensional data can be obtained in a short time,which are used to fit the circle precisely.
