Chen Zhuo, received the M.S. degree in computer science and engineering from Chongqing University in 2006. Then he joined College of Computer Science and Engineering at Chongqing University of Technology, Chongqing, China. Now he is a Ph.D. candidate at the National Key Laboratory of Science and Technology on Communications, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. His current research interests include P2P network and rmltimedia communications, E-mail: chenzhuo @ cqut.edu.cn Feng Gang, received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in electronic engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, in 1986 and 1989, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in infonmtion engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1998. He joined the School of Electric and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in December 2000 as an assistant professor and was promoted as an associate professor in October 2005. At present he is a professor with the National Key Laboratory of Science and Technology on Communications, UESTC. Prof. Feng has extensive research experience and has published widely in com- puter networking and wireless networking research. His current research interests include P2P network and applications, network coding theory, DTN, etc. Prof. Feng is a senior member of IEEE. Zhou Yang, received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer science and engineering from Chongqing University, China in 1998 and 2006, respectively. At present, he is a Ph.D. candidate at the College of Corrputing, Georgia Institute of Technology, U.S.A. His current research interests include cloud corruting and data n-fining. Lu Yi, received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, in 2009 and 2012, respectively.
