化石资源的快速消耗、环境污染和全球气候问题越来越严重,这些问题日益受到人们的关注.壳聚糖已被大量研究证明是可再生、可降解和环境友好型天然高分子聚合物.跟纤维素相似,由于分子内和分子间大量的氢键,壳聚糖的结晶度高、难溶限制了它的应用和发展.这里综述了一些国内外常用的小分子接枝壳聚糖、聚合物接枝壳聚糖和交联壳聚糖改性方法的一些研究进展.
Rapid consumption of fossi lresources, environmental pollution and more and more serious global climate problems, which have attracted people's widespread attentions. Chitosan has been demon-strated by numerous researches as renewable, biodegradable and environmentally friendly natural poly-mer. Like cellulose, a large number of intramolecular and intermolecular hydrogen bonds and high degree of crystallization restrict further utilization and application of chitosan. Here, some domestic and interna-tional modification methods of chitosan such as small molecules graft chitosan, polymers graft chitosan and crosslinking chitosan have been reviewed.
