为探索北缘地区枇杷果实生长变化规律,给生产管理提供理论参考,以生长在陕西安康的日本品种(编号8#)和当地品种"麦后黄"为试验材料,对果实生长过程生理变化进行研究,结果表明:单果重的增加主要集中在花后90~150 d;呼吸强度在刚坐果时和进入快速生长前处于较高水平,之后逐渐下降;2品种可溶性糖与单果重的变化呈极显著相关(r=0.977 7**;0.953 4**);可滴定酸和Vc含量以及PPO活性均呈先升高后降低的趋势;POD活性在整个生长过程总体呈波动下降趋势。
