研究了由单制造商和单销售商组成的两层供应链中多物品的生产和补货问题,其中所有物品拥有共同的生产线、配送路线等,且需求确定。为研究供应链上下游企业合作和多物品之间基于基本时段的共同补货对供应链总费用的影响,建立了四种生产—补货模型,然后分析了模型的最优解特性,并给出了搜索算法。算例表明,制造商零售商联合决策下基于基本时段的多种物品共同生产、共同补货,使得供应链的费用最低。此外,将这种基本时段方法和公共周期方法的共同补货策略进行比较,发现基本时段方法策略更优。
A multi-item joint replenishment problem is discussed for a single-manufacturer single-retailer supply chain, in which a family of products shares a common production line, distribution network and faces a deterministic demand. Four replenishment models are formulated to study the impact of multi-echelon cooperation and multi-product joint replenishment based on basic cycle approach on the total cost of the channel. The properties of the optimal solutions of the proposed models are then analyzed. A solution procedure is developed. Numerical examples show that when both the manufacturer and the retailer make a decision jointly the joint replenishment policy based on basic cycle approach would yield the minimum cost of the channel. In addition, it is also showed that the basic cycle approach is better than the common cycle approach.
