开敞空间的布局效率已成为高密度城市设计亟待研究的主要问题之一。文章对上海八个轨交商业地块的开敞空间特征和人群使用情况进行了现场调研,分析了地块开敞空间的布局对人流活动的影响,并测量分析了对人群停留性使用强度产生影响的诸因素(空间可达性、空间、界面特征等),建立了回归模型。文章最后提出了地块开敞空间的使用梯度和面积配比建议。
Layout efficiency of open space has become one of the prominent problems in high- density urban design. Based on the investigation of the spatial characteristics and pedestrian distributions in eight rail commercial blocks in Shanghai, this article measures and analyzes the factors that may influence the pedestrian behavior (spatial accessibility, spatialcharacteristics, etc.), and establishes two regression models. In conclusion, this paper proposes the use gradient of open space and suggested area ratio.
