研究硫酸盐在混凝土中的扩散过程及其影响因素对如何预防和减轻硫酸盐腐蚀导致混凝土破坏具有非常重要的意义.根据Fick定律和质量守恒定理,建立了硫酸根离子在混凝土中扩散反应方程,并通过加速腐蚀试验确定多因素扩散系数方程式.最后利用Fortran语言编程,对硫酸根离子在混凝土试样中扩散过程进行了数值分析.结果表明:混凝土中硫酸根离子质量分数随着水胶比和腐蚀溶液质量分数的增大而增大;随着养护时间的增加而减小;当应力比小于0.5时,应力比增加,硫酸根离子质量分数减小,当应力比大于0.5时,硫酸根离子质量分数随着应力比的增大而增大.
Study on the diffusion behavior and characteristics of sulfate in concrete is very important to prevent and reduce damage to the concrete caused by sulfate corrosion. According to Fick Law, Sulfate ion diffusion equation in concrete, considering the chemical function, was established. Based on the theoretical analysis above, the corresponding process was simulated by Fortran language programming. The results show that the sulfate ion concentration in concrete increases with the increase of water-binder ratio and corrosion solution concentration, that it decreases with the increase of maintenance time; that it deereses with the increase of stress ratio when stress ratio is below 0.5, while increases with the increase of stress ratio when stress ratio is above 0.5.
