A method for group decision making is proposed based on grey incidence. The weights of the experts are determined by the grey incidence based on the decision matrices given by the experts. The group decision matrix is obtained by weighting the experts＇ ma- trices; the weights of attributes are obtained based on the maximizing deviation. The integration incidence degrees of the alternatives are calculated, by which the alternatives are ordered. The example illustrates that the comparative differences of alternatives gotten by the method are large. Consequently the science and availability are improved. In addition the mistake in Xu Xuanhua et al＇ s paper is pointed and corrected.
