沿海滩涂是重要的土地后备资源,具有拓展生存空间的巨大潜力。针对江苏沿海滩涂特点,回顾了大规模滩涂开发利用的指导思想、总体布局及开发利用原则。同时指出,较大规模的、快速的滩涂围垦等人类活动,会对近海环境产生深远的影响,继而探讨了大规模滩涂开发利用对近海动力环境和生态环境的主要影响及其评价方法,并提出相对应的环境保护措施。
英文摘要：
Coastal tidal flats are important land reserves,as they have significant potential for enlarging living space. Based on the characteristics of coastal tidal flats in Jiangsu Province,the guidelines,overall layout,and principles of large-scale development and utilization of tidal flats are discussed. It has been found that large-scale rapid reclamation and other human activities have large impacts on the offshore environment. The impacts of largescale development and utilization of tidal flats on offshore dynamic conditions and the ecological environment are discussed,and corresponding environmental protection measures are provided.
