One of the path of the rise of central China is to further expand the internal and external opening level in the central region under the new economic situation. Through the analysis of the opening problems in central China at present, we proposed to expand the internal opening is the key to regional integration, including the commodity market integration, industry integration and infrastructure integration, and the key to expand the external opening is industrial globalization. Policy suggestions mainly include establishing unified management mechanism and supporting the transformation of government＇s economic priority.
