Based on the analysis of the development of the cold chain logistics, we discuss the current situation of the development of the cold chain logistics, and make a prediction of its following development. Using the modular construction method for information technology, and combining the theory of internet model, our article discusses the necessity of constructing and imple- menting the cold chain logistics network model in Chinas We can improve the operation efficiency of the structure of the network by combining the information technology in enterprises with cold chain logistics network according to the application of information technology in enterprises, also using the model which is constructed by the modular construction method. Finally, we integrate the application of variety in information in each module, we can make the flexible supply chain enterprise network model which focuses on the third party logistics enterprises and information technology.
