选取具有典型特征的上海市静安寺地铁站作为研究对象,并展开了深入的调研.在步行环境调查方面,针对影响可步行性要素,共设计了19个可量化的建成环境指标.然后,利用Google地图和三维街景地图、建筑测绘资料、实地调研等方式对103个街道段进行指标统计,并将街道实景制作成卡片供被调查者评分.由于每个人的日常活动范围和特定路径不同,针对片区的感知评分不能用于回归模型的因变量,所以选择以街道段为单位,来研究影响可步行性的建成环境因素,采用逐步回归法,得到可步行性整体回归模型的解释度为0.652,得到结论:人行道有效宽度越宽、机非分离、街道两侧没有围墙、缓冲区宽度越宽,则可步行性得分越高.
The Jing'an Temple of Shanghai subway station was selected as the research object and 19 measurable indexes that affect the walking and riding have been designed. Then,with the help of Google maps and three-dimensional street maps,this paper gathered the data,conducted field research,and indicators of street sections were collected. Take the street section as a unit,the regression model 's interpretation of the walkable is 0. 652. The effective width of sidewalks,motor-no-separation,no walls on either side of the street and buffer width have significant effects on walkability. Among them,the effective width of sidewalk is the decisive factor in influencing the walkability score.
