英文摘要：

This paper studied the basic framework of dynamic alliance manufacturing resource management system based on e-HUB,presented the system structure constituted of basic data layer,system layer,e-HUB application management layer,manufacturing resource management application service layer, web portal layer and users layer.The operational model of manufacturing resource management application based on e-HUB was built.And it also presents us the date model of manufacturing resource.Finally,this paper describes the key technologies enabling the implementing of the system.
