目的:研究山蜡梅(Chimonanthus nitens Oliv.)叶中的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、SephadexLH-20柱色谱、制备色谱等方法分离纯化化舍物,利用理化性质、核磁光谱数据解析化合物结构。结果:鉴定了7个化合物的化学结构,分别为:(1)d-夏蜡梅碱,(2)6,7-二甲氧基香豆素,(3)东莨菪内酯,(4)槲皮素,(5)山奈酚,(6)紫云英苷,(7)1,8-松油二醇,其中化合物6和7为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Chimonanthus nitens Oliv. Method: The chemical components were isola ted and purified by silica gel column, Sephadex LH -20 column and preparative thin chromatography. The chemical structures were iden tified by their physical properties and spectral analyses of NMR. Result: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as d - Calycan thine ( 1 ), 6,7 - Dimethoxycoumarin ( 2 ), Isoscopletin ( 3 ), Quercetin (4), Kaempferol ( 5 ), Astragalin ( 6 ), terpin ( 7 ). Conclusion : Compounds 6 and 7 were obtained from the genus for the first time.
