自然灾害事件给社会造成巨大损失,这些事件往往关联着其他次生灾害,从而形成灾害链,造成更大的危害。灾害及其所引发的次生灾害与其所发生的地理环境密切相关。从系统论的角度出发,建立了灾害与地理本体网络之间的超网模型,通过对网络性质的分析,研究了灾害与孕灾环境之间的关系。构建灾害网络以及地理本体网络,具体描述了地理本体网络的拓扑特性,并提出了地理本体网络的构建规则;最后,建立了灾害网络与地理本体网络间的超网络模型。在该超网模型基础上,基于树核计算了超边的相似度,该相似度反映了2个灾害可能的孕灾环境间的相似性,进而利用相似度来计算灾害之间的并发强度。通过对实际数据的计算发现了灾害之间聚集的特性。
Natural disasters often cause huge losses and secondary disasters, resulting in disaster chains and greater losses. Disasters and their secondary disasters are correlation with the geo-environment. From the system point of view, the hypernetwork model of geo-ontology and the network of emergency are developed. Through analyzing the properties of the hypernetwork model, the relationship between emergencies and geo-environment is discussed. Firstly, the network of emergencies is set and then the network of geo-ontology is constructed, of which topologic properties and rules of creation are advanced. The supernetwork between the network of geo-ontology and the network of emergency is built. Based on the hypernetwork, the similarity between the geo-environment of two emergencies is calculated using the tree kernel. The concurrent strengths between the emergencies are calculated using the similarity. The aggregation behavior of the emergencies is found through the calculation.
