目的 研究白叶蒿Artemisia leucophylla (Turcz.Ex Bess.)Clarke提取物的抗菌活性及与不同抗菌药物联合使用时对多种细菌的抗菌增效作用.方法 二倍微孔稀释法对白叶蒿全草的70%乙醇提取物及其极性部位进行抗菌活性评价,棋盘微孔稀释法和细菌生长曲线法观察白叶蒿提取物单独使用及与氨苄西林、苯唑西林、舒氨西林、头胞呋辛钠几种β-内酰胺类抗生素联合使用时对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎杆菌、绿脓杆菌、肠球菌临床分离株5种细菌生长的影响.结果 白叶蒿总提取物、乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位对5种临床分离株细菌均显示出一定的抗菌活性,正丁醇部分单独抗菌结果最好;更重要的是,采用低于MIC浓度的白叶蒿正丁醇部分与β-内酰胺类抗生素联合使用时对不同细菌均表现出一定的协同增敏作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌增效作用最强.结论 白叶蒿提取物具有一定的抗菌作用,其正丁醇部分与β-内酰胺类抗生素联合使用可以增强抗生素对不同细菌的抗菌作用,有作为一种新型的抗菌增敏剂进一步开发利用的潜能.
Objective To study the antibacterial activity and synergistic effect of extracts from leaves of Artemisia leucophylla (Turcz. Ex Bess. ) Clarke. Methods Evaluation of antibacterial activity of 70% ethanol extracts from leaves of Artemisia leucophylla ( Turcz. Ex Bess. ) Clarke by serial 2 - fold dilutions. Synergy antimicrobial activity of extracts from leaves of Artemisia leucophylla (Turcz. Ex Bess. ) Clarke in combination with 8 - lactam antibiotics was performed using checkerboard microbroth dilution method and dynamic bacterial growth curve method. Results The total extract, ethyl acetate fraction and N - butanol fraction of Artemisia leucophylla had certain antibacterial activity on five clinical isolates. Among these fractions, N - butanol fraction showed the best antibacterial activity. More significantly, less than MIC N -butanol fraction in combination with 13 -lactam antibiotics enhanced the antibacterial effect of {3 - lactam antibiotics against five clinical isolates. Conclusion Extracts from leaves of Artemisia leucophylla has certain antibacterial activity, N - butanol fraction in combination with β - lactam antibiotics can enhance the antibacterial activity of antibiotics against different bacteria, and could be used as a potential novel antibiotic sensitizer further development and utilization.
