针对静音型柴油发电机组隔声罩中直管式进气消声器设计的需求,本文利用Virtual-Lab仿真软件,进行了该消声器的声学建模与仿真,得到了静音型柴油发电机组隔声罩的进气消声器的声压分布云图和传递损失曲线图;分析了消声器的管长、管径及穿孔率等结构参数变化对消声效果的影响。
According to the design requirements for straight-tube intake muffler in silent diesel generator set, a- coustic modeling and simulation of this silencer are researched based on the Virtual-lab simulation software in this paper. The sound pressure distributions and transmission loss of the intake muffler are presented in silent type gen- erator set. The contributing factors of structural parameters, such as lengths, diameters and punching rate of the tube, on muffling effect are also analyzed.
