厂际间热联合可以使企业各分厂的余热得到更加合理的利用。在以往的厂际热联合方法中,大多考虑使用不同装置的工艺物流相互直接换热的热联合方法,然而将工艺物流在各个分厂间长距离运输,在实际应用中很难实现。而采用中间介质在热源厂与热阱厂之间实施传热的厂际热联合是实际可行的热联合方式。本文提出了采用中间介质换热的厂际热联合方法,主要考虑了中间介质的选取与中间介质参数的优化,以及各厂之间的连接方式等问题。实例分析表明了本文方法具有良好的节能和经济效益。
The integration of total site heat can make better use of the surplus heat of each process. The conventional total site heat integration mainly considers the direct integration,i.e.,directly using process streams to transfer heat.However,from the view of safety and control,it is difficult to transport process streams for a long distance.To the contrary,the indirect integration using water,steam or hot oil can avoid such safety and control problems.This paper proposes a total site design methodology,which utilizes the selection of intermediate fluids and the optimization of the parameters of intermediate fluids. The case study shows that the proposed method is practical and can bring a significant energy saving.
