为合理确定踏面旋修参数,提出了一种基于磨耗量的踏面建模方法,该方法通过“踏面磨耗量”和“轮缘磨耗量”构建出磨耗后的踏面曲面,其优点是能直接利用现成测量数据,不需要购置踏面轮廓测量设备和配属专属人员。通过和实测踏面廓型计算的踏面旋修量对比可知,该建模方法具有较高的计算精度,通过该建模方法进行车轮旋修,不会造成旋修浪费,该方法具有可行性。
To calculate tread repair parameters, a tread modeling method is put forward here based on wear loss. This tread modeling method builds the tread curve of wear profile by volume of tread wear and flange wear. It could use the available measurement data directly. And do not need to buy tread profile measuring equipment and not to assigns exclusive personnel are also satisfied for this method. This modeling method has high calculation precision by comparing the results which is obtained with curve data of measuring tread profile. And it won't waste wheel material by using this modeling method while lathing wheel. From what has been discussed above, this method is feasible.
