在中国制造业转型升级的过程中,产业创新能力是关键要素。基于科学性、可得性与全面性原则,通过建立创新能力评价体系,运用因子分析法,对中国制造业29个细分产业的创新能力进行了实证研究,并基于创新投入与创新产出的得分情况,对29个细分产业的创新效率进行了比较分析。研究结果表明,中国制造业的整体创新投入与国际水平相比较低;在创新投入、创新研发与创新产出这三个因素中,创新研发能力是影响中国制造业创新能力最主要因素;通信设备、计算机等电子设备制造业是创新能力最强、创新效率最高的产业,这与产业的开放程度直接相关。

英文摘要：

Industry innovation ability is the key factor in the process of transforming and upgrading of Chinese manufacturing industry. This paper,based on the scientific,available and comprehensive principles,conducted empirical research of 29 Chinese manufacturing industries＇ innovation ability by establishing the innovation ability evaluation system and using the factor analysis method. Then,according to the scores of the innovation input and output,it analyzed the innovation efficiency of these industries. The results show： Chinese manufacturing innovation investment is not enough when compared with the international level; among innovation input,innovation RD and innovation output,innovative RD ability is the main factor affecting Chinese manufacturing innovation ability; the communications equipment,computers and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry＇s innovation ability is the strongest and its innovation efficiency is the highest,which is directly related with the industry opening degree.
