Because most of the oversea＂ s Chinese make the communication between China and the Westen world, Guangdong province has a special landscape. As a result, the popular Garden Suburb appeared in the Oversea＇ s Chinese New Village. This article try to explore why the Garden Suburb appeared, what the building forms are and how to develop.
